We are an engineering company specializing in design project, construction and repair of hydraulic cylinders.
Our family-run company already in the second generation had wide knowledges of the sector and large experience in developing targeted solutions for all requirements. We are working with numerous customers throughout Italy and internationally.
What we are doing
The industrial sectors we serve are agriculture, industrial, earthmoving, naval, renewable energy, mining, steel, pharmaceutical and many others. The types of hydraulic cylinders we are building are double-acting, single-acting, diving, telescopic, with braking, with internal sensor of position, with inductive limit sensor, with high temperatures gaskets, for high speed for fireproof fluids, for water and many others, with block valves, balancing valves, flow and/or pressure regulators and many others. The stems of the hydraulic cylinders can be chromed, nickel-plated, ceramic, nitride, stainless steel or many other types.
The production capacity is as following:
- boring of a diameter of 20 mm to at least 300 mm
- chromed stems of a diameter of 10 mm to at least 200 mm
- stroke of 1 mm to 5 meters, for single-vent-cylinders
- stroke of 1 mm to 15 meters, for telescopic cylinders
- quantity from 1 piece to 1000 pieces
Design project for hydraulic cylinder
The processes of design project will be realized with aid of the best IT tools and the most advanced software, for example Solidworks (for which we are CSWE certified).
The first design project phases very often start from a quick freehand sketch, which wisely contributes to combining tradition with the current and future IT potentials.
Construction of hydraulic cylinders
The construction of new hydraulic cylinders, even if individual pieces, prototyps o serial productions, can be carried out based on our standard catalog, costumer drawings o samples.
For the production are used new generation machines, but some processes are still done on traditional machines, maintaining that touch of manual skill that in many cases makes the difference!
Repair of hydraulic cylinders
Our slogan is: “A downtime machine costs more than a repaired cylinder!”
Thanks to our repairs carried out on hydraulic cylinders of all brands within the agreed terms, expensive downtime can be avoided! For costumers that don’t have the possibility to bring the cylinder in our company, we can organize the pick up through one of our affiliated couriers at a competitive price!
