This is so important that if we do not get it right…well we might need to find ourselves another job! We consider resilience so crucial that we sometimes take it too far, using “excessively” resilient materials or over-powered parts, in order to reduce your maintenance cost and downtime.
Durability
In this day and age, products durability is terrible! Everything gets quickly worn-down, ruined or plain broken: why add to this trend? It does not make any sense so we will NOT do it.
